Crazed Goblins/Ghouls

The crazed goblins in BB and the crazed ghoul in Unrest should be replaced with more sane versions. These were added for the quested version of the Ghoulbane (which also should not be in).

Bah, thought I had taken care of the BB ones a while back. Unrest ones were already gone, and rest of the quest should be unobtainable.
