Will Path of Exile 2 be a good chill-out MMO?
 

I was wanting to play a game like Diablo IV but since that game is a mess I thought maybe Path of Exile 2 will be the one. Since they are very similar, I assume these type of MMOs are not very complex or difficult to play.

Diablo IV isn't so PoE2 won't be either. What do you think is PoE2 worth a try when it releases or will you skip this one?

no, poe2 is hardcore as fuck

D4 is about to get a massive qol upgrade in season 4

literally no one plays d4, dead in under a year, amazing

on the other hand the phd qualifications for poe / poe 2 make it a far superior game in literally every conceivable way

D4 is apparently only just figuring out that there's player feedback and if they listen to it they can improve the game.

Totally get where you're coming from! After the Diablo IV letdown, it's natural to approach Path of Exile 2 with caution. But hey, PoE has its own vibe, right? It's got that deep, complex gameplay that some folks really dig. If you're into that kind of challenge, it could be worth a shot when it drops
