Bump NILBOG

Firing arrows at any mobs (even on land) who are below me on the Z axis cause my arrows to poof. Any way to fix this?

Just going to bump this because I feel sorry for rangers. (caught off their guard??)

I can now confirm that this same bug exists for the Mage Bolt line of spells which also rely on a Line of Sight projectile to hit the target. I was in the water with the crocodile NPC. Other spells landed fine. Mage bolt? Nope. Seems to be an issue with PC's/NPC's in water vs LoS projectile abilities and spells.

Issue with coding.
