Rip is that dude in high school that randomly appeared in front of you and your group of friends during lunch break, that would just engage himself in your groups conversations..

Nobody knows him, nobody takes responsibility for him, but he makes his existence clear. And its not that we hated him, it's that- His strategy to find friends is not a good one...
