Problem with Russians in eve is they control an undesired part of nullsec and they don't get along well with other alliances

Their village is completely ransacked.

two loads(not counting the third for the loom) worth of goods from them and Robbaz took everything that wasn't bolted down and destroyed it

3 of us from r99 and 2 people we grabbed in game have a decent village going right now with a mine entrance and fields planted.
