Final Fantasy vs Dragon Quest
I got an anbernic Gameboys to play on break at work so what would you say had a better run NES - PS1 including translations that work
|
i'm a plebe voted FF1-7 9 and not the MMOs but that playstation one tht came on like 5 dvds i never could finish it it was so big i spent like literally 8 hrs and the pace kept strong even it wasnt like a grind issue
|
is uppose it'd be ridiculous to think that's not a loaded question. i started a game on nes and gba and i'm probably gonna stick with the gba version. i don't see any value in persuing a more rudimentary experience if it's not p99
[EDIT] kinda a last ditch effort to see if there's any good deal breaker experiences had with dragon quest to sway me |
I think both games where good.
Apparently there was a timequest game or something where u go back and meet Jesus? Chronotrigger? Cross? That was cool too. |
Haha that was just gonna be my next comment lol I was gonna say I'm definitely in the Chrono Trigger camp for that whole debate. It's just I'd already played it and it's not enough of a "series" to make it into this project I'm starting. But I suppose there's probably a reason Final Fantasy is the synonymous with JRPGs

For the sake of engaging my peers (it cool if you don't wanna be my peer) instead of looking up some dull guide or wiki online I need advice on lvl 1 spells now.
We have 2 Red Mages and 1 Black Mage for casters. I bought Cure for both red mages cuz that's the kinda guy I am and sleep for the black mage. I have no plats either And I ended up restarting on the NES version over GBA. |
games dead lol

yeah shit who am i kidding?

Breath of Fire

Ok sweet that seems approachable. It's got like what 3-4 entries up to PSX? Bypassing the NES-hrd era? Does it have AutoBattle?? I started Vay on SegaCD for the hell of it and the AI battle for those old games is a life saver considering I just sit and grind on my breaks.
