Boats on live, despawn and respawn at their spawn locations every hour. Currently, they just remain where you left them.

What if someone is riding it when the timer goes off?

Should they be dropped in the water, or should it wait to not be moving?

it makes more sense for it to not de-spawn out from under its rider. also i cant remember landing anywhere on a boat and it de-spawning immediately. maybe if it was occupied (controlled by someone, not necessarily moving) it just skipped that time and waited for the next hour to check again?
