Click effect level scaling?
 

Do click effects of spells that scale with level also scale with the clickers level? Or do the base spell effect? (Specifically asking about monk epic “Robe of the Whistling Fists” effect “Jonthan’s Whistling Warsong” if it would be the level 7 effect or scale up, but applied to any clickie)

I thought they worked as the level required for the click/proc +1, but it seems I was mistaken. /shrug

You have to click the spell or effect on the Wiki. Most those low level effects/spells cap early on. The Whistle robe can’t be clicked until like lvl 28.

Gnome haste click arms for example work really low level at 40% haste. The spell duration scales though (as does your haste cap).
