Green should have 10 hotkeys (again)

I posted this bug earlier because 10 hotkeys should be unlocked in the Nov 2000 era, which is the last patch of the Kunark era: https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=386050

Rogean mentioned that this bug would be fixed in the next client patch. However, the last client patch (v55) occurred and it is still broken in the same way -- hotkeys 7-10 reset every time you camp or zone, making them infeasible to use.

Since the original thread was locked, I wanted to resurface this issue in a new thread.

Please fix the bug that removes hotkey 7-10 everytime you zone.

As of 2/18/2022 keys still do not save after you zone or camp out. :(
