can anyone thell me how to contact costumer service some how it says my account is banned i havent even played in over a week

Look in the Petitions Forum at the bottom of the p99 boards page.
Seems a few of us have same issue all within the last few hours by the look - go figure.

You very likely bought platinum or items for real life dollars and are now permanently banned. Either re roll and start over a new account or quit the server are your options

If you have a character name that violates the rules they will ban you and make you petition on the forums. They will then unban with the requirement that you petition in game for a staff member to issue a name change.

That's changed over the years. I got a stealth suspension for one on my troll SK but never found out why. One minute I was in the EC tunnel afk, the next I was logged out. Guessing someone ratted.

Maybe Amelinda sent a message and I didn't respond so she just did it. Without asking I could log in 2 days later so I didn't even know it was just a suspension (always says "banned" when you try to log in even if temporarily suspended).

Not sure what you're saying changed? That's how they do it currently.
