Raids for city leaders and adding city leaders? and probably give them some worthwhile loot? make the evil city leaders have slightly better or more numerous loot to balance out the fact most people are dark elves and iksars and double down on that and maybe have two city leaders in freeport/qeynos/akanon/wherever else that has a split moral preference

Adding additional crushbone tier zones and condensing camps?
A dervish fortress zone in nro?
an orcish citadel adjacent to the oasis?
condensed camps in karanas and south ro?
making najena bigger and expanding on the goblins or ogres on ground level?
expand the hhk goblin pit because it was probably HHK trying to expand but hit a pocket of goblins that lead into runnyeye?
additional rooms and such in permafrost so there can be a healthy enough number for a 20-30 group?

Holy crap and OOT, lake rathe or erud crossing getting their kraken/megalodon raid targets. guilds scrambling trying to figure out where the boat was last to gather in either nro or butcherblock, friendships or co-workerdom torn apart by missing or making a boat

might want to pick up dnd or some other fantasy pen & paper game where you can enjoy custom content.

The entire server is custom content with the infinity amount of non-classic changes. Hope this helps.

I just want the pre-nerf gem drops on seafury island back.

Shards of Dalaya does all this and supremely well.

Honestly, I'm amazed the two have kept at this project for this long: I would have expected them to grow bored with it years ago (and to some extent Rogean has, just judging by his post history).

So, while I (and probably everyone else) would love to see what custom "classically-themed" content they can produce, it'd entirely dependent on them still having gas in the tank when/if they "finish" P99 proper.
