Dude goes out, agros the whole zone, then bard speeds over groups killing stuff then zones and it all trains right on top of us.

Petition in game. In my experience on green, the guides respond pretty fast. I was getting ksed by a mage at 2am est and a guide responded in 5 mins. I was actually pretty shocked to be honest.

just /petition zone distruption NAME is training everyone in the zone and causing multiple xp deaths

I did petition and spoke to a guide as well as an officer in said dudes guild.
Can give names of my groupmates whos corpses are littering the zone currently from said events, they'll agree.

Running large trains of group agro mobs over someone else fighting mobs of said agro group will die to this stupidity every time.

Sorry, I don't got time to waste running back and forth and regaining exp from a griefer or bad player(and considering I said HOW and WHERE to do such playstyle, I can only take a guess now)
