So here's a ss of my necro meleeing down a dark blue for 120 damage...no buffs.

guess that proves that the damage cap does infact get completely removed at level 20.

it proves it's increased to weapon damage x 2, I think at 30 it's removed further iirc.

don't forget vampiric embrace as well Skorge, at 45 with a max hit and proc you can break 200 a swing :O
