 Rest the Dead

Since the new patch and after updating my spell file Rest the Dead now requires line of sight.

There was a similar issue with enchanter lull spells a while ago. In our case a new spell file was released that solved the problem.
I'll go ahead and bump this just because it's know to happen after patches. |

bump, tried it again after new patch, as of 3-1-10 it still wants LoS for Rest the Dead.

any word on if this can be fixed and a new spell file uploaded. Currently if i want full duration DS i have to log out and use new spell file. When i want to play Yoite i have to close the game and use my old spell life which doesnt require LoS on pacify spells.
So i can have full duration DS, or i can have correctly functioning pacify, but what i want is both at the same time without having to reload spell files for each toon. |

Can we get an official word on which spell file we should all be using currently? As stated above I feel like certain ones have certain fixes but none of them contain all the fixes.
A direct link would be helpful. |

So with the original Titanium file, does the client say it needs line of sight? Does it behave differently with the P1999 spell file?
Just getting more info, as I am trying to figure out some of teh line of sight things in teh spell files. Thanks, Haynar |

i will have to do some checking when i get home. The one i have been using was one provided by the P1999 team back before they had this website. It was from the beta test site. I can e-mail it to you if you would like.

The druid lull, Harmony, also requires LoS to work. Not sure if this is as intended or not.

hello, sorry i have been gone for a while. but I'm back now and rest the dead is still requiring LoS to cast. Haynar i have attached the last version of the P1999 modified spell file i have saved that has the working rest the dead spell.
Ok nm its too large to upload to the forum post. Could i e-mail it to you? |
