The prices have already gone up significantly. You could buy these for 5-8k just a few months ago. Now people are wanting 25-30k. In my honest opinion (compared to some other items on this server that no longer drop / how important it is for sk/necro) this item will be worth over 100k in time. Good luck!

Lots of discouraging language in your post here, veiled under kindness. I realize the server is over 9 years old at this point and there's people who have hundreds of thousands of plat just sitting around, with merchant alts filling up the EC tunnel, that's nothing to 'em of course. I started here a bit over a month ago ago, so having people take advantage of items (which were farmed in substantial numbers knowing they'd increase after the nerfed version was put in), by jacking up the price is fine.

I'm just not willing to farm and then pay 25-30k plat so that people who have many of these on an account know that there are people willing to add to the inflation, and can just "cash them out" like the stock market.

Or in short: I don't want to be a part of the problem. Just would like a nice utility item at a fairly sane price that can stay in my inventory and be used, not stashed away on disposable characters by greedy tunnelquesters.
