i pvp on level 40 alts all the time but im not banned

I dont have the motivation to relevel another character its just not gonna happen...

i was pvp'ing on my 40 clr alt, some red con nilly monk in KC that was getting PL'd by 8 other nilly's, i died like 4 times to the monk trying to pvp him (YT). then the monk dinged and went oor of pvp so i started to fear/pell the mobs he was fighting then nizzar got me banned within 5 minutes. dont know what rule i broke, was told "PNP"

I thought it was pvp, apparently not.

you thought you could fear mobs in a dungeon while you're OOR for the entire group you're trying to kill?

ah its pretty cut n dry then
can't pull stuff like that when everyone is out of range because the only possible outcome is causing exp death (which is against pnp)
r.i.p. (maybe its a suspension tho, hopefully)

Yeah sucks it happen jibeknn but don't see how or why it would be a perma ban. Considering tune has pulled multiple stunts, nizzar too and they have not been perma banned yet.
