every time i try to log on it says i have wrong password is there a time you need to wait before you can log in with a account that was just made ?

No way, it is case sensative , make sure it is exact

When I create an account, I have a notepad open and I create the information on the notepad and save it before completing the account creation. I copy and paste it when making the account and passwords. That way, there is no room for error and you have saved the passwords.
