Can you still not delete the file after making yourself the owner and clearing read only attribute? Does it say anything differently? Do you have administrator access to the computer?

I did these steps on http://bucarotechelp.com/computers/wintips/92082801.asp then restarted comp, was able to delete wsock32.dll finally, but shit is still screwed up. Can't load game still.

Dude we already know how to do that stuff, the wsock32.dll will not delete because of trustedinstaller shit blocking, and as for EQemulatorlauncher its even worse. It patches shit to desktop then just crashes.

because you did not set your everquest directory as patch directory ... watch the youtube video and it will all make sense ...

Haul 09-10-2011 04:39 PM

Fairly sure I set the patch path in directory on EQemulatorLauncer but it just patches it to desktop.

I love removing minor UI differences between classic and EMU and then throwing in non classic item nerfs that actually change the game. Good stuff. Spellsets / mourn
