I can’t diagnose but still, never seen a legit DID case, nor spoken to anyone in the MH field who has. At worst it is a dissociative trauma response. But almost always it’s…imagination!
I’d like for those tik tok kids to try to fake both the positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia accurately. That’s incredibly hard to do. I try to do it by mimic’ing what I’ve seen past clients say and do when I am assisting with training police officers on mental health situations. And even with that reference in my mind I can’t do it that accurately
