is it just my druid or is something wonky with dots?

immolate is supposed to be 24/tick, I noticed it was doing 3% of a mobs hp per tick that had 1675 hp.. meaning its doing 50 a tick. Out of curiosity I tried it on myself and it's doing 34 a tick.. what the hell! It's easy to verify mobs hp is 1675, enveloping roots does 94 damage and drops mobs hp by 6%.

drones is also weird, it seemingly does the right 34/tick on the npc's dropping them by 2% per tick BUT when cast on myself it only does 22 per tick.

Edit: players take reduced damage from player dots right? Would explain the issue of drones and immolate doing about 40% less on me.. but still, immolate appears to be doing double damage now.
