I saw this as I logged on this morning and will give it a good thorough read.

Thank you to everyone who has posted, it has been very interesting to read a lot of what folks consider to be the guild situation on this server. Obviously, from a new players perspective, there is a lot of history on this server and that is a good thing.

I look forward to playing with all of you, either as a mate or enemy and hopefully having a good time all around. Hopefully one day I will be guild mates with some of you otherwise I look forward to some great fights either with my static or my non-static chars.

Server pop would be sub 100 with another guild besides Holo or Fresh in charge

Just face facts

yeah its regretable that so many people play here but thats what happens with 1400% exp bonus, no penalty to dying and a rule set that benefits people with genetic brain disorders.

I think Nirgon's drug dealz for pixels bring more new people to the server than the xp bonus does.

On tz or vz or rz you didn't lose xp for pvp deaths. Just sz. Xp bonus was needed due to lack of population and nobody to group with.

1.)Are there only 2 guilds currently raiding?

This has been covered well, but all the guilds you stated have been raiding to some degree. Holocaust raids the most and takes most. Everyone else's raids where they can, and as strategically as they can. I have seen raid mobs downed by all the guilds.

2.)Is there a guild that is considered a zerg guild, a pvp only guild, pvp & pve guild?

All the guilds pvp, and all of them have some very good PvPers. Holo is the best geared, but there are very well geared members of other guilds. In terms of 'per capita' PvP Holo is quite low. My personal opinion is this annoys some of the better Holo PvPers who don't get the credit they deserve because their warm bodies with great gear die to rags. Azrael, Friends, The Curse are more PvP focused because they want or need to be. You don't need to PvP when you are the biggest and get great gear handed to you so you can run away. Last for PvP is Fresh. They are great for blue players (So is a lot of Holo), and they are really not PvP at all....but seem to go for a safety in numbers approach. It works for them.

You can't run a guild without PvE so all the guilds are working on how to do it best given their members and what other guilds are doing.

If I were in your shoes this would be my stance.

Fresh: Nothing to fear unless they have 2x the members in zone you do. Only once was attacked by them (4v2) and it was a stalemate.

Holo: Riskier, but only have recruits above 50's. Certain Holo are great PvPers and geared, learn to recognize those. Many are great gear but terrible at PvP. Watch out for their sharks and be ready for their super geared warm bodies to engage and run (if you know how to PvP).

Friends / Azrael: I am wary of they are in zone. Well geared, most have been strong PvPers. Honestly don't see a lot of Az out and about.

The Curse: I am biased, but I would generally avoid them. Mix of gears, levels, and skills. Getting better geared and higher levels. Have added more to the team, which has mixed up the PvP skills, but they all tend to engage regardless of skill. Used to be a higher PvP risk, but are recruiting to compete which means training and gearing new members.

Prophets of Slosh: Good guild, I haven't fought them, but they have a reputation for skills. Mostly high levels.

For personalities, most of the guilds members are genuinely helpful. Never really had bad experiences with them. I've had Holo help me out, Friends, Fresh, and have repaid the favour.

It's PvP though, so sometimes you get killed just because they want to. C'est la vie.

FTFY, watching them bring 30+ to king/queen in chardok and wipe several times was about as humerous as it gets.

Are there any limits to guild size? I could care less, pvp is fun even tho I get smoked and I don't play enough to ever make it to end game, but it seems like you cant go 2 minutes of gameplay without someone bitching about Holo

I think I remember Lite one time telling the server to recruit more. Did I dream that up?
