The iksar ones did, if I remember right.
I also remember this. I don't know if they conned indiff, but decaying skeletons wouldn't agro you while running by for sure.

Maybe for like the first week of the game or something they were kos but I played on live back when consent let you loot someone's corpse and decaying skeletons, at least in nektulos / ec were indifferent
