i assume Conjurer is trademarked by DnD or belongs to Tolkien or someshit.

Id argue Tim the Enchanter was a Sorcerer, too

Tim: "I'm an Enchanter."

You: You look like a Sorcerer.

what kind of bigot would miss-class a man who clearly states his preferred class description?

They nerfed pet spells.

I really don't understand. In the discussion about the patch they openly admit the change was made in order to make the game "feel more classic"-- that the pet tracking exploit was classic, but people are abusing it.

I dont mind it tbh, but only if we drop the "classic" pretense that comes with every discussion.

Why change this, but keep the "classic bug" that causes you to lose all buffs when zoning with low life?

Pick a lane FFS.

From what I understand that ‘bug’ was there as a hot fix to prevent characters from dieing when zoning on low hp. Idk if true or could be fixed better here. I don’t really mind it too much, conveys a cool ‘close to death’ impression.

Regardless. They're clearly in the business of implementing mechanics that are objectively NOT classic. So the idea that they're just leaving it in place because "shits classic" is nonsense.

Inscrutible dev intentions is classic.

I think the word you're looking for is "insufferable"
