Quid Rilstone in Rathe Mountains. He's the one that can drop the Siryn Hair Hood. He isn't the rarest, until you have been killing trash for hours and no pop. Classic RNG scenario, but a bit more infrequent than you'd hope.

The dude that drops the warrior belt in the same area, Grazhak the Berzerker, is pretty rare too. Camped him for days and days, logged each spawn. Must have had 50 spawns in a row of either the PH or without the girth. 2 hour respawn. Ended up just buying the damn thing.

Ive done multiple hoods when theg were worth decent money and it takes probably 2 hours at most to spawn him if you gather everything. Ae it down and then wait for the ph to come walking over the hill.
