Ocean of Tears is the best one to camp.

I got him yesterday, after maybe about an hour, hour and a half tops. But the week before when I did it for myself, it took 20+ hours.

I got him today uncontested camp, he was simply up when I walked into the zone. Guy that came up behind me, got him to spawn immediately next again. Simply sometimes the number generator is nice, sometimes terrible.

I'm the Rocky Balboa of Norrath. Knocked down on the regular, but I always get back up.
