Coastal metropoli attract the highest grade of women. In short this is because these hubs of commerce and innovation are where hyper successful men congregate and/or set up their estates; so the new, beautiful women can gain access to wealthier men or wealth through fame and exposing the normies to their beauty. Of course there are uggos, but if you see more it's because you are seeing more quantity on the whole. Rural town stock cannot compete with the rich oligarchy who has been breeding women for beauty for generations. Sure there are some cute country girls, most of whom are more down with your average bloke. But if you want high grade beauty (something which takes hundreds of thousands into millions of dollars of investment in time, clothes, nutrients, and a lower trauma lifestyle, you will find most of these in the upper class societies of LA, Bay Area, NY, Dallas, Houston. Some in Seattle but the NW culture doesn't place enough value on gussied up appearance and the Caucasian breed which civilized those lands were largely homely, so only these days are you seeing a higher percentage of attractive people in Seattle and to a lesser extent Portland.
Other parts of the world are a different story which I am happy to talk about later.
