I get equipment shamed on the sly quite often, 55 cleric w/out planar gear and no epic yet. This is my first toon and it's more fun earning it anyway, I wouldn't let it get you down. Drop guild, avoid those fools.

The other night I saw some level 50-plus player complaining he had no hat slot item. All I could think was, "who's fault is that?" Some folks don't even try.
