I have noticed missing auctions for spells in general. I only see 3 listed. Just about any item link starting with "spell" should be re-enabled.

There may or may not be other listings that aren't links. "Spell Minor Conjuration: Fire" may also be listed as the "Level 34 magician fire pet" give or take a few keywords. If you want a more detailed listing, let me know and I can come up with one.

I don't think there is any "Spell: blah blah blah" in the database; I think the parser that converts the logs to items doesn't register colons, or something. You'll find a bunch of spell auctions just by the spell name, though.

Would love to get a rough idea on this one

There are 3 "spell blah blah blah" listed now. Every linked spell should follow the same pattern. Given the volume of linked spells, there should be far more entries than the 3 listed now.

Some spells are listed as if the "spell" portion of the name is stripped away. Example: Everfount and Cornucopia both appear, but not with the correct linked name.

Other spells appear nonexistent. Example: Every magician researched pet spell should be searchable by either 'summon' or 'conjuration' yet the database has no relevant results for either.

I don't really care if the colon appears or not, but the spell keyword is not only relevant but a time saver. I had assumed someone hid the auctions but if the parser isn't parsing them, that would be good to know as well.

This one's not in the database.

I'm guessing that the ones you see with "spell" in front (e.g. "spell call of bones") originate from people actually writing out "spell call of bones" for some reason rather than linking the item, which has a colon in it. You can see that "spell call of bones" has a low number of auctions, only 12, whereas "call of bones" has 507 auctions. I agree that having "spell" in front would be a nice time saver, but it's not really that much more effort to just look at the specific spell you're interested in. If the parser was fixed to take colons into account I'd consider rerouting them to the new colon-using names, though.

Looks like Obsidian Shard doesn't have a proper listing.

You know I take logs but I hesitate to even bother using them in the tracker because sooo many people wont post their prices up with their WTS calls. I realize people want to try and highball it and then haggle someone down who shows interest but the trick is to not jack up the price unreasonably in the first place.

Not posting your prices up front decreases the chance of actually selling the item (Imagine if you walked into a retail store where none of the prices were available until you brought items to the counter - that store would shut down fast unless it sold Armani suits) - but it can, in some cases, increase the chance of selling it for more.

I always sell things much faster if I just list out prices which are right at market or just under and make them firm. Once I sell my junk, I can get back to actually fighting things and getting more junk to sell. Dunno why people just throw stuff out there and *want* to haggle. Don't you have better things to do?
