I hadn't any username, and password, and no functional email (I knew the email but it was terminated over time). I had nothing. I even told the GM the wrong initial answer on my secret question and had to guess again. He was cool about it.
If you have your ID, and the billing address on your ID matches the billing address on your credit cards. And you paid with credit cards from that billing, chances are you can get restored, depending.
My accounts were recovered that way. Photograph the cards n ID, tell them a brief story, talked to GM in the BNET client, got help. Im not sure what role having every single expired credit card from 2004 onward played in the photograph, you can try it with just your ID but YMMV...
I never thought I'd be able to recover these accounts.
