A roll off may work but it would be 100 people rolling because the barrier for entry is so low. 8th ring has 20-25 people rolling and growing. The server has too many top heavy level 60s after bis gear. It's tough to make something like this a manageable encounter that's fair for everyone.
This is what happens when you allow RMT Chardok Ring to exist. But hey let's give you unclassic Vyemm for balance reasons. LOL
