My bard account is suspended for seven days.

The crime: using snare in my attempt to kill a bard that was swarming a handful of bees in burning woods. Dude probabably had a defensive skill of 10 with the way four mobs melted him in 1 round.

Is this a pvp server ?

This is part of their punishment system, actually

Little to no point in banning some level 30 toon on a server with the XP rates of Red99. Instead they let you level up to 60 first, THEN ban you so it actually stings a little.
