This thread is another fine example of that... and until a big change on red happens regarding PvE levelling for 50 levels its really not going to attract many people.

not going to lie this seems fun, but the problem is getting to that stage. I have no interest in not being able to tab out to med while grinding exp cause some asshole will come stab me to take my money :(

pvp servers were never big in comparison with pve servers for a reason.. sure some will like eq pvp but really there's better games if you want pvp

Still the only problem i would have with rolling red is that i would have to solo for 46 levels.


Even as a caster that will be god awful boring after awhile with the only other people leveling being Red Dawn / Nihilum alts.

I have a few alts in the 20's i still play on red but can' only solo for so long before i get burned out.

tbh this prob wont happen till your 45+ every person i met below those levels just wants to group for exp.

the first person on the server to kill you will be chewie, he likes to welcome everyone who gets in his level range with a warm ogre hug. but prob want get to have fun with him till your at least 35, yeah, the grind can be slow and boring on red, but heck it can be on blue too, and theres no exp bonus. the bonus makes the levels fly by, and it really is a new day on red, ass holes being found out, Honor and Glory can be yours.

played on red to lvl 16, found, was lfg in oasis... got a tell, showed up, my own group pked me twice, till communication was cleared up

got pkd by a rival group

lvling 1-60 on a pvp server with a pop of 60....
