For the record, if anyone wants to take note of the archery mechanics, I started critting at 13. Crits for 14 dmg are not impressive though, there's still obviously a damage cap on my bow's base.

archery will never be close to as good as melee, rangers are not archers.

come velious with a BFG or primal bow and Trueshot yes we will be archers :)

For the record, the damage cap came off (at least for the bows I have access to) at 15. Prior to this it was 12 (14 on a crit, which starts at lvl 13).

And for you anti-ranger-bows-aren't-dps-stop-asking-stupid-questions-and-reroll twits, bows are for utility and soloing. I never expected to use it for group dps.

Does the haste on quivers work? I see tailored quiver has a listed weight reduction of 0% in game and I have not seen a fleeting quiver so I don't know if it has it's 60% or not, is there actually a 7% haste from tailored quiver or is it not working?
