Fruit, especially apples, have pectin which is extremely good for your gut and a natural appetite suppressant.

I mostly eat apples, grapes and strawberries. I do avoid oranges because they're just too sweet. Limes and lemons are ok though.

This is my extremely anecdotal ruleset but it's worked for me.

there are no essential carbs...we can make everything we need but a few fats and protiens. gluconeogenesis for carbs.

is this true?

eat clean, get a good variety, and burn more calories than you take in if you want to lose weight
