Make every character start with one and a fungi tunic

I'm so confused by something.

Personally, I don't see manastone as a great item, but apparently many people disagree with me, and that is fine. That's not the thing that confuses me.

What confuses me, is the idea that people don't want more useful items.

I appreciate green is about the journey and starting fresh so things are different. That's not what blue is about, though: its an end of life server. I don't even care if it's not me that has the manastones on blue; it's a team game of players versus environment. The better equipped the players are as a whole the better it is for me and the more content is open for me to take part in.

Like, if I was on a Vox raid on blue, I'd definitely rather the cleric had a manastone. Lets get some bards their epics!

What reason is there to not want other people to have better pixels?

Make it work in all zone all the way to Velious, Problem solve boys!!

Randomize it to drop from any level appripriate mob, a la Box of Abu Kar!

Make it work only on Kerra Isle.

Make it act as a magic 8 ball that determines all raid disputes for the next 10 years

Its not enough that I succeed, others should fail.

Honestly they're talking about "custom classic" stuff for blue, if that happens then great but Blue never was and never will be classic. And 6 months locked into velious Green will just be a rot server like Blue. What is the fear of them merging? The the price of manastones is gonna explode? Or that Blues will get their claws on mana stones?

Maintaining multiple rot servers to preserve the "integrity" of a server is ridiculous the only way to maintain the time line is... well.. Luclin.

Blue only "has few stones" because it's been around for 10 years and a lot of them are on characters that will never log in again. Manastone was camped 24/7 on Blue too, and it was even a common drop for awhile.

When Green is 10 years old Manastones will be rare again too.

And to get your robe you have to click until you die, love it!
