I've just this problem for the first time. Was playing blue, moved across to green and got issues with the UI not liking something.

Was using Duxa UI on blue, but hadn't done anything with this character on green yet really.

Tried deleting his character file, issue still comes up. Strange one.

Restarting the PC fixed this ^^

Yep, not sure which one that did it but I shut my PC off for 10 minutes and reset my router, tried camping once so far and at least for now it seems to be working for Blue

I tried restarting my router tonight and just like Lisbon everything seems to be working now! It definitely wasn't prior to restarting the router, so it seems that some information about the servers were cached incorrectly.
