If you're certain there was cheating going on and want to see something done about this and you have some evidence, I would create a proper petition.

Easily resolved, file a formal complaint with times, SS, and anything you might have fraps'd. Its not hard for a GM to look who was connected to what account and at what time. If this is true, he should eat a banhammer if you ask me, and u should reset the druid lvl 60 accomplishment.

I don't think many understand the problem with 900 people petitioning 5 guys about every interactions that takes place on the server.

Take the short tempers for instance. When you see GMs lash out at the community for all the crybaby shit, disturbing what could be a game mechanics fix.
