I logged in to my druid, saw it. Thought something was fishy.. was not very excited since druid cant use anyways... so logged into my bard... had one too... thought... welp.. better not do anything server rollback incoming... tried to use it to see what it looked like... APRIL FOOLS...

I understand its a joke, but what is the guise? Is it a rare item, what does it do, whats it for, and is it a real item (not the april fools one)

guise is all all clickable from inventory that gives you de illusion

It was a real item that was replaced by the Mask of Deception. The reason guise was so awesome was because it could be cast from "Any Slot" and was not flagged "Can Equip" (see the flags next to the Effect:). This meant that ANYONE could become a DE, including paladins, monks, ETC. That novelty is highly coveted. The Mask of Deception, however, is only usable by rogues and bards.

I don't know what that is, but can we still be friends? This is pretty much the happiest day in my life
