This is why my cleric hasn't been to KC in months. The cleric alts/mains parked there for convenience have fostered an absurd level of entitlement in the KC population. It isn't that I expect to be tipped, it's that you expect me to be your servant, and the attitude that expectation engenders is, not to put too fine a point on it, shit.

I always donate for ports, rezzes, and some buffs.

Ports save me time.
Rezzes save me A LOT of time (days of play time in certain cases)
Buffs help me out.

Sure maybe they just clicked me with a rez stick, but they just replaced 96% of my lost xp, and at 55+ that is priceless...

However on the other side, if I were ever asked to locate or summon a corpse, I would not expect payment for it (other than the cost of the coffin if not provided)

Some times people will cancel the trade when I offer money, which is nice, but at least I offered.

EDIT: I also save peridots and give them to Clerics usually in group or guild tho, not just randomly.

I’ve found this to be the case. I just made it to KC and have done almost 10 rezzes with no epic (I’m only level 50 and it’s my first character), and not one tip was offered even when rezzing between tight pulls for a completely separate group. I like to provide the service, but may have to add some sort of restriction to keep from going nuts as I balance mana between heals for my group and rezzes for others.

I probably need to do that regardless of donations though.

On red it took about one month? to always have a friend who would rez me and for the next 5 years i never had to "pay". Like what did you all do wrong ?
