so, my ankle is healing, lotta the bruises have faded and it don't constantly hurt so much. most the swelling gone too. BUTT NOW, the side of my leg pops when I cross or uncross my legs, liek the tendon is weirder out or something. this happen to any a you? it normal?

Yeah it's because your inner meat (tendon) stretched out from the sprain. I'm not sure what part ofyour leg is popping but i'm assuming it's ankle region. Your ankle is now weaker than it was before and will be at risk for another sprain. U need to get an ankle brace which supports it and keep resting, then begin walking. You can't like strengthen a tendon but you can strengthen muscles around it to avoid getting a sprain again. The clicking will subside unless u r uganda nuckles
