I'm just hoping that if/when this patch goes in, warriors and monks also have to visit Cobalt Scar to get their triple attack to work for that play session.

The melee patch has very nice perks for all classes except rogues ... who were felt to be right where they needed to be.

The melee patch will never happen. The server is already easy mode, why make classes more powerful with no new content. Not gonna happen, its pointless.

It will happen, because it's part of the Velious timeline. Also, the server staff have said that there is a possibility of custom content post-Velious timeline (thus satisfying your requirement of new content).

This doesn't seem like a very hard change, all of the data already exists in game. Warriors already have triple attack which monks will be getting, knights are getting changed to the current warrior table, and the rest of the skills are just getting maxed higher.

Changing skill caps on p99 seems to be a ball ache, and often bugs out.

lol what retards are letting you bard-charm in their raids, there's no other way a bard can even theoretically achieve a fraction of primal rogue dps

you know damage meters self-report your own dps way higher than its supposed to be compared to other players right? need someone else's charts to know how u really stackin up.

I'm pretty sure he was joking ...
