So, I treat people online like I find them as if they were a real person. I generally like people even though I hate them. I enjoy meeting, doing activities and most especially conversing with one another. Seems to me that a great deal of players only play here out of addiction (zombieing tnl while watching Netflix) and have no interest in the social aspect unless you care to largely abandon what it is you are doing and restrict it to a tool for discussing real life things like sportsball.
In general, I whatever I want when I play and I expect others to do the same. I am most honored when their wants involve me though ^^ and am super excited when we share interests. I find that influences my future wants. I think in general if people choose pixels over someone, then they must not like that someone, or at the very least like that someone less than pixels and that really isn't their fault. We don't choose what we like, only what we do.
If someone doesn't like us, it is our fault, not for being what we are, but for acting as we are inclined. We are fully capable of altering our behavior. We at only capable of tolerating things that we dislike though. We are not actually capable of choosing to like them. We can indulge in them and hope that sufficient exposure fosters a preference, but it s by a sure thing. Basically, we are more in control of who likes us than we are of who we like ^^
