Quite a few exemptions.....

You would need two seperate IP addresses from your ISP. Having two different local IP addresses will make no difference because all traffic leaving your local LAN will have the same address. Maybe your neighbour will let your wife use their Internet?

I see how this could be abused and glad it's in place. Just sucks having to wait to play together. But anything that's good, is worth waiting for.

I've been reading a few posts, some say that if your caught AFKing while in a group with someone with the same IP as you, you could get banned? I mean i understand people can get power leveled and what not while afk and not doing their part as a group member..but how does one not get in trouble for maybe droppin a deuce or somethin? i mean, deuces are nothing to take lightly, nor can you rush them.

There's a difference between being AFK for 20 minutes and being AFK all day long.

They're able to figure that out.

This happened to two buddies of mine. One of the guys went on a beer run while the other continued to kill shit. They got banned. Apparently people think this is considered two-boxing.

If a person is leaving the house or otherwise going AFK for a significant amount of time, why not just camp and avoid all risk? Takes all of 20 seconds to log in from char select, and if you live together its not like their going to lose their spot in the group...

It's not like it would take a rocket scientist to figure out who is cheating the system. 2 Boxing is illegal and easy to spot.

Anyways back the point of this thread, lots of us are eagerly waiting to be able to play with more friends or family members in the same household. So has anyone heard any news of when they are pushing this next batch of people through?

Think I have already out leveled my wife's druid, even just at level 10. =D

They don't announce when the batches will be done.

With Kunark being Priority #1, it could be a while.
