There's some things on red like Sebilis still being flagged as a raid zone (meaning it has custom FFA rules - no pvp level range) while ToV and other Velious raid zones are not.

Things get left behind in that community because it is so intense and "do anything to win" that when the staff comes by and says "okay everyone calm down whats all this about" they walk away from it even more bent out of shape (or maybe just disgusted and flustered) than the people arguing.

So yeah, couple scripts, some custom zone flags and mechanics... warders coming out of the wood work etc
