Just did a quick check, Armguards have not dropped on either server yet. 1 shield has dropped on red(went to a cleric), and 2 have dropped on blue (both went to clerics).

Nothing should have to be moved. No one has arms. The 3 people with shields are clerics and can still use them after the update.

Unless for some reason, arms drop before the next patch and go to a non-druid. Or another shield drops and it goes to a druid.
