He lost 2 fungi's within 24 hours and made a terrible decision for which HE ALONE should be punished.
Again just for clarity, This was once instance - and it was not some level 1 casino no one had never heard of running a complete fraud. He was wearing a CoF and Fungi and had legitimately paid out both of those items recently. There is no widespread scamming. This entire thing seems to be solely about spam purists who only want to see un-classic item links, and imaginative GMs musing about RMT possibilities with a casino.

You obviously didn't read my post thoroughly if that's your response to my post.
I never stated there was any epidemic as you just decided to make up on your own. If anything I should have posted my post in the other thread, I just didn't see it there, but was more replying to your post to benefit you and other legit casinos.
Enforcing a strict no scam policy not only benefits the legit casinos, there's a good chance it would have prevented this situation completely. There's always going to be that person who is dumb enough to still try and get away with it.
Tough if he made a bad decision. It's one he shouldn't have made. If you don't have the goods or plat you're promising people, or don't want to pay up, and you're still taking their money until you lose, it's a scam, and you should be punished for it. It's black and white.
