And you're protecting them because you're scum. You may even be involved in RMT for all I know.

I'm suggesting that it's a double standard to hold someone accountable for other scams and not this one.

They should track down this guy's main character, take his fungi from him and give it to the winner of the fungi as poetic justice. Make it happen GM team.

We used to run casinos on Sol Ro but after enough people got scammed GM's put an end to it well before all the server merges.
Jus saying it was a thing during classic era but GM's woulda stepped in before some guy could run the same scam twice.

So people saying Casino's are bad which is really, what, chance, risk? well what is it when you try to fight something you think might be harder then you can take but you try it anyway, RISK.

what are casino's based off of, RNG? what is eq fighting based off of... RNG

The Reality of games generally is, Money = time spent and loot = money which is just time spent, as you can farm something to make money and it just takes time to get an amount of money.

In Everquest you fight mobs and you risk dying to a mob for money/loot. You fight them with weapons and code revolving around those weapons, and you're skills and level that produce a range of random numbers proportional to those variables.

And with casino games you risk losing money which = time to get more money or loot = time, using random number generators (RNG)

both of which are viable ways of how people have fun playing eq.

If i cant risk something using RNG to have fun at a casino on a sunday afternoon, then no one can have fun fighting in the planes or some dangerous place that is high risk to get some more loot or money (SUCH AS but not limited to a fungi tunic) then I guess no one can do anything in eq really... Maybe if scammers were punished server wide where everyone can see the consequence of that behavior then noone would do it because they would not want their accounts, then maybe they would'nt have to make entire threads, rules and regulations, wasting time making threads, replying to people making complains about scammers, and most of all many other people would'nt have to feel grief for being scammed which i think is the most important thing.

Who does not agree and why?

I'm pretty sure people would petition if they won a fight and suddenly died afterward and also never got any loot of any kind. Not really a valid analogy at all. But since you made it, I'm pretty sure that if people took the risk in a fight against a mob and won, and that mob was supposed to be guaranteed to drop a 80-100k item, and they were locked out from looting it, that the petition forum would be on fire.
