You don't have to be class c to kill a class c mob. But once you have killed a class c mob, you are class c. In fact, killing a class c mob is the only way to become class c.

The named VP mobs aren't Class C.

OT faction worthless except for guard assist on red.

or you could poke any one of the outdoor dragons while another guild is killing it for a really nice VS faction hit. Doesn't require a VP key either.
