It don't matter. None of this matters.

Shouldn't have to beg if you're not into it. Train 5-10 points into the weapon skill for whatever weapon you have equipped. You're going to miss pretty often when the skill is low, so every point counts. Make sure you have food and drink so you regen hp at a normal rate between kills, spam kick every time it's up. Con mobs and only attack blue cons, green give little or no xp and even or higher with a no gear warrior is going to give you downtime between every kill. Sit down between kills to regen faster.

EC tunnel buffs man. Ec/nro/oasis 1-20. Making things much harder than they need to be.

Wow, this thread changed pace pretty quick once D2 was mentioned.

I prefer D3 of the mighty ducks franchise.

If memory serves, the original intent of the game was to reach level 50 in a year of casual (a few hours a week) playing. That was pre-Kunark.

You can rage on it all you want, but it is what it is, and it was like this in classic. Decrying how wrong it is 15 years after the fact only serves to upset yourself, so either play it and enjoy it, or don't enjoy it and don't play it.

That's not to say you can't ask questions or propose changes; *constructive* criticism is always welcome, but the foundations of the game are exactly what you are experiencing, and there is no need, desire, nor means to change them.

You're doing it wrong. Go back to Misty Thicket. It's probably the best newbie zone to level in just because you will always have even con or -1 lvl blues to kill.

Do -not- kill level 1-2 mobs as a level 4 or you will get jack shit for xp. Kill whites or level 3 mobs and med between kills and you'll hit 5 in about an hour.

gfay is such a shit newby zone it hurts. cb is the only reason people flock to it.
