Now mentioning it’s difficult to sit up in the shower. If this decline is due to weight gain, it’s time to attack this again, because like Gina implied in this thread, that can be a silent killer

Edit: that shower meme was funny

Naw I lost some weight and been keeping it down. But yeah. Not nearly enough.

I never really was working out. Doing stretches in bed. Going outside and doing some very light stuff like emptying water dish. Washing it. Emptying garbage. Moving small lawn chairs.

Yeah r now looks really bad compared to all that. We had that hurricane and I did some much harder stuff breaking down stuff hauling it into the shed to prep. Repairing some stuff outside after... Doing some power tools. And after that it's like my body just went crazy breaking itself down attacking itself. Lifting the teapot was hard.

Doing a lot better than that r now tho. Even after shower. Good sign.

There's a military guy that says making your bed in the morning is what makes people have a good day.

I dont agree, but I like making my bed anyway.

I think showers do. If I dont take a shower I feel like a wet dog, mentally and physically.

But in the shower in the morning I always think, "OH YEA! I have to do all that stuff today!" and I find myself being more productive.

Maybe the military guy thinks harder while he makes his bed, like I do in the shower.

I guess a ritual for the morning is meditation, that makes a good day.

Agreed! The point is if nothing else. No matter your day. At least there's a nice bed waiting for you.
